Pariveda is seeking a motivated individual to fill a Staff Accountant roletojoin our Finance and Accounting team in the Corporate Services office in Dallas. This is a collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving role. You will be expected to manage your own time and communicate status and issues to your manager and team. You can expect to:    - Record General Ledger transactions to support the month-end close process  - Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations to support the month-end close process  - Support monthly fixed asset and expense report processes  - Perform operational reporting and financial analysis  - Provide support for annual financial audits  - Research new accounting pronouncements and standards  - Assist in the bi-annual testing of our accounting system upgrades  - Work within a hybrid model, sometimes at home and sometimes in the office   - Work with smart, humble, and supportive people       We Look For:    The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:    - Demonstrated experience in a similar role, including General Ledger transactions, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and financial analysis  - CPA or CPA-candidate strongly preferred  - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written  - Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines  - Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail  - Creative problem-solving skills  - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  - Ability to collaborate successfully  - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency with Excel  - Experience with NetSuite preferred  - Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting or Finance, or comparable experience   - Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship    Pariveda Benefits:   - Transparent and Equitable Salary.
