    Pariveda Solutions is growing our Chicago recruiting team. We are seeking an individual excited about the possibility of starting or furthering their up-and-coming recruiting career. In this role you will partner with the local Recruiting Manager and Sourcing lead to fulfill Pariveda’s mission by engaging and hiring exceptional talent. You will use your creativity and passion for recruiting to build the office and influence the culture. You will seek top technical talent who will integrate information technology into the fabric of businesses across the breadth and depth of their value chains. We call this the Business of IT®. 

     

     

    We Look For:

    As a Pariveda Recruiter, you will work from our Chicago office on a highly collaborative national team of professional recruiters and sourcers to hire top quality professional salaried consultants. The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:

    • Up to 3 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator, sourcer or recruiter
    • Interest in working with technologists
    • Innate curiosity to learn more by asking questions
    • Desire to solve problems, think creatively, and adapt to a dynamic market
    • Ability to quickly grasp Pariveda's mission and convey that knowledge to potential candidates 
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Experience in agency recruiting or recruiting in the local market for a professional services firm is preferred
    • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience
    • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship

     

    You Can Expect To:

    • Learn to research and identify top talent in the marketplace using cutting-edge recruiting tactics
    • Craft messaging to attract candidates and learn best practices in follow-through to build a pipeline
    • Partner with the local recruiting lead to coordinate interview processes and document outcomes
    • Team up with Recruiting Manager to attract passive and active talent by creating excitement about Pariveda and building meaningful relationships with candidates
    • Progress to managing full life cycle recruiting in an environment where the quality of your hires trumps quantity
    • Partner with local Sourcing lead to build competitive intelligence, develop innovative recruiting strategies, and generate a pipeline of exceptional technical talent
    • You will solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data and adapting as needed to shifting business demands  
    • Work with some of the most ambitious recruiters in the industry to develop your recruiting skills
    • Take ownership of your career and personal development with continuous 360-degree feedback and guidance from your mentor and Pariveda's proprietary Expectations Framework
