We’re growing in NY and seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to fill the fulltime role of Office Manager for our New York location. This role is, at its core, a problem-solving role balancing complex, analytical demands with day to day responsibilities.


    This role works as part of a national team and liaises with almost every department in our Corporate Services group. You will have the opportunity to work with bright and driven team members throughout the company. You will also partner with the local market’s Executive Leadership Team by learning and supporting the mechanics of our business.

    We Look For:

    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or comparable experience
    • 1- 3 years of work experience in a similar role, preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
    • Polished professional presence and demonstrated experience working with C-level executives
    • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Proven ability to collaborate successfully
    • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
    • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship

     

    You Can Expect To:

    • Serve as a local culture advocate, and build a strong knowledge of company culture, core values, and employee development processes to elevate and support the market and individual employees
    • Work closely with the market’s Management Team to support market operations
    • Craft and analyze reports related to operational metrics, staffing, and budgeting
    • Facilitate and support local and national leadership meetings on an ongoing basis
    • Facilitate our employee performance review process
    • Manage and communicate various HR-related functions for the local market such as onboarding, compliance and policy updates, process rollouts and off boarding
    • Plan local market events and functions and coordinating national events
    • Oversee all things office; supplies, space planning, furniture, conference rooms, and repairs
