    Pariveda Solutions is growing our Washington DC recruiting team.  We are seeking a Recruiter to partner with the local Management Team to fulfill Pariveda’s mission by engaging and hiring exceptional talent. In this role, you will use your expertise, creativity, and passion for recruiting to build the office and influence the culture. You will seek top technical talent who will integrate information technology into the fabric of businesses across the breadth and depth of their value chains. We call this the Business of IT®. 



    We Look For:

    As a Pariveda Recruiter, you will work from our Washington DC office on a highly collaborative national team of professional recruiters and sourcers to hire top quality professional salaried consultants. The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:

    • 3 - 7 years of experience recruiting technical talent 
    • Strong Internet savvy, including knowledge of where to look and how to leverage the nuances of LinkedIn Recruiter and search engines
    • Demonstrated ability to build an active pipeline of quality people from your own sourcing efforts
    • Ability to quickly grasp Pariveda's purpose and mission and convey that knowledge to potential candidates 
    • An eye for detail and strong intuition for culture fit while screening candidates
    • Desire to solve problems, think creatively, and adapt to a dynamic market
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Experience in agency recruiting or recruiting in the local market for a professional services firm is required
    • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience
    • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship

    • Partner with Sourcing to build competitive intelligence, develop innovative recruiting strategies, and generate a pipeline of exceptional technical talent
    • Attract passive and active talent within your market by creating excitement about Pariveda and building meaningful relationships with candidates
    • Effectively utilize available recruiting tools, advanced sourcing techniques, and social media to identify and engage talent
    • You will solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data and adapting as needed to shifting business demands  
    • Contribute to building the foundation for Pariveda's continued long term growth by participating in intellectual capital development and training others 
    • Advise and interact directly with our Management Team and executives (your clients)
    • Work with some of the most ambitious recruiters in the industry to improve your recruiting skills and help to grow theirs
    • Take ownership of your career and personal development with continuous 360-degree feedback and guidance from your mentor and Pariveda's proprietary Expectations Framework
