Financial Analyst

Pariveda is seeking a Financial Analyst in our Dallas office to work closely with the Financial Planning and Analysis team. In this role, you will support the organization by partnering with senior leadership to make strategic business decisions and drive business value for Pariveda's shareholders.

You Can Expect To:

This Financial Analyst role will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with executive management teams to provide financial analysis and insights and support financial planning activities to ensure Pariveda establishes and meets the local and company-wide goals set each year. You can expect to:    

• Serve as a key contributor in the annual budgeting process as well as additional forecasts throughout the year
• Collaborate with business units to gather data, gain business insights and present detailed figures to optimize budget decisions
• Provide industry and company level insights to support business unit operations
• Work with internal teams to introduce new planning techniques and tools as well as develop efficiencies to improve overall financial planning process
• Conduct variance analysis to measure actual performance against annual plan or additional forecast

We Look For:

The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Superior analytical thinking skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate successfully with a range of stakeholders
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or comparable experience
• Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
