Pariveda is seeking a Staffing Specialist to join our team in either Dallas or Seattle. This role is a collaborative, analytical and problem-solving role. Responsibilities

You Can Expect To: 

The Staffing Specialist will support the Staffing Manager in matching people to current and upcoming projects. This role is integral to ensuring projects in business units across the firm are staffed appropriately and that each business unit is running successfully and consistently.  This role will also be responsible for accurate reporting that is effectively communicated to our leadership team. In conjunction with the entire Consulting team, this role is responsible for supporting activities to ensure Pariveda meets the local and national goals established each year. In this role, you can expect to: 

 

  • Execute daily resource allocation tasks including identifying appropriate candidates for current and upcoming projects, making recommendations to the staffing manager and Delivery Lead, and keeping staffing systems up to date 
  • Working closely with Delivery Leads to qualify needs in terms of timing, skills, cohort levels, etc. to help inform candidate identification process 
  • Maintain knowledge of current availability and capabilities for cross-market staffing across the firm. 
  • Facilitate conversations between project managers, consultants, and the Staffing Manager regarding staffing decisions 
  • Create and maintain matching process and guidelines for staffing decisions 
  • Assist with tracking and reporting the Staffing Metrics for the firm 
  • Work with the Staffing Manager to identify gaps in current reporting and design reports in partnership with IT to address gaps 
  • Primary contact for any staffing related questions/issues across the firm 
  • Partner with Consulting team to ensure all resource availability data is reflecting reality 
  • Track progression of consultants through staffing process on an on-going basis 
  • Work within a hybrid model

  • Transparent and Equitable Salary. The base salary range for this role is $87,800105,400, annually. Actual salaries may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance.
