Overview

Pariveda is seeking a strategic and hands-on technology leader to guide our Internal IT function as we advance our next chapter of digital maturity and operational excellence.


In this role, you’ll shape and own the technology foundation that powers Pariveda - ensuring our systems, data, and infrastructure enable employees to thrive and the firm to operate securely and efficiently. You’ll define IT strategy, align with executive leadership, and deliver solutions that optimize how we work as an enterprise.


You will oversee core enterprise systems, manage technology roadmaps, and partner across the firm to drive governance, security, and performance. This role blends strategic vision with practical execution - balancing daily operations with innovation and transformation initiatives.

You Can Expect To:

  • Define and lead the IT strategy to align technology initiatives with business priorities.
  • Lead internal innovation efforts—designing automation and AI-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and decision-making.
  • Manage enterprise systems, infrastructure, and data platforms to ensure security, scalability, and performance.
  • Partner with firm leaders to evaluate and prioritize technology investments and track their business impact.
  • Direct the delivery of technology projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing to optimize value and performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Internal IT team.
  • Oversee IT budgets, forecasting, and operational performance.

We Look For:

  • 10-15 years of progressive IT experience, including team leadership, with a foundation in software development.
  • Experience in a consulting, professional services, or technology advisory firm preferred.
  • Proven success modernizing IT for consulting or client-service operations (CRM, PSA, ERP, or similar tools).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and cloud environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams, manage budgets, and deliver large-scale IT initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with project management, agile methodologies, and familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML, or digital product management.
  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
  • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.

 

Pariveda Benefits

  • Transparent and Equitable Salary. The base salary range for this position is $195,900 - $224,800, annually. This range reflects base salary only. Pariveda also offers quarterly profit sharing based on company performance. Actual salaries may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance
