As a People & Office Operations Coordinator in Philadelphia, you’ll be at the heart of our organization, collaborating with national and local teams across various departments. Your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to change will be critical. This role offers continuous growth and the chance to build an executive skillset while contributing to our vibrant culture. In this role, you can expect to: 

  • Serve as a local culture advocate; this person will build a strong knowledge of company culture, core values, and employee development processes to elevate and support the market and individual employees 
  • Serve as a liaison between the Philadelphia and DC markets to create better communication and cooperation between markets.  
  • Work closely with stakeholders on culture initiatives. Plan local market events and coordinate national events 
  • Manage onboarding, compliance, policy updates, process rollouts, and offboarding 
  • Assist in facilitating our employee performance review process 
  • Oversee office facilities, including supplies, space planning, furniture, conference rooms, snack ordering, and coordinating repairs 
  • Monitor external threats and execute safety plans for local and regional markets 
  • Provide general administrative assistance 
  • Work within a hybrid model, and travel to other markets quarterly for events and facilities management (25% travel commitment)  

We Look For: 

The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications: 

  • 1-2 years in a similar role, preferred 
  • Ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality 
  • Proactive approach with strong decision-making skills 
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively 
  • Attention to detail and solid time management 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects 
  • Understanding of the entire MS Office suite 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience 
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship 

Pariveda Benefits 

  • Transparent and Equitable Salary. The salary range for this position is $53,700 - 59,000, annually. Actual salaries may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance
